About Her Darling Mr. Day:
New Orleans, June 1883: Jilted in front of all New York, Theodore Day decides to lose himself in his family’s luxury riverboat business in New Orleans and challenge his brother as the next company head. The brother with the most sales by summer’s end will be appointed. Thanks to Theodore’s fame from Willow Dupre’s outlandish competition to find a husband, he has become very eligible royalty in southern society and thus, has an advantage. It took Flora Wingfield’s best work to convince her family to summer in New Orleans, but with Teddy Day a bachelor once again, she’s leaving nothing to chance. Desperate to stand out from all the clamoring belles, Flora attempts a bold move that goes completely awry, only to realize it’s her interior design skills that finally catch his notice. But when Flora learns her father has matchmaking schemes of his own, Teddy will have to decide where his happiness truly lies and what he is willing to sacrifice for it. |
Can you believe it is almost time for Her Darling Mr. Day, Book Two of the American Royalty series? This story will follow our dear Teddy Day and Flora Wingfield, the best friend from My Dear Miss Dupré. I LOVED writing their story and getting to know Flora.
While I am finishing up the edits for Her Darling Mr. Day, I am working away on Kit Quincy’s story, one of my very favorite heroes from My Dear Miss Dupré.
The details about Book Three are still in the super secret phase, and even the title hasn’t been determined yet, but think romance, betrayal, mysterious happenings and two warring opera houses. Kit Quincy is the oldest hero I have written about yet and he might be just one of the dreamiest.
Happy Reading!
P.S. Her Darling Mr. Day releases January 4, 2022!!!
